Re: The last update of the pull out project.

I Geoffrey SR Miller inventor of The Pull Out am posting this last update as to what happened to the pull out project for the past year 2011 -2012.

The project came to an abrupt halt because of the lack of the key financial investors to commit to a production run to bring the final product out to the marketplace.

The pull out units were designed to be made out of steel, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic.

The key investors were given an opportunity to put up the last financial commitment to produce the pull out units in stainless steel or plastic for a production run. The key investors declined. Mr. Dr. Marc Cotler of Wynnewood PA, a key investor obtained a business lawyer to get control of the patents, design drawings, the pull out units and financial records of the pull out Corp.

Mr. Miller was offered a contract from the law firm of McCausland Keen & Buckman in Radnor, PA and from Mr.Robert A. Mascioli representing Mr. Dr. Marc Cotler. The upshot of the contract was simple, it was a two-part contract, a due diligence upfront look at that the company and the backend royalties part to the contract.

Mr. Miller provided Mr. Dr. Marc Cotler attorneys all the due diligence they requested and he was supposed to be paid a certain fee for doing so. That never happened and the contract was never implemented.

Mr. Dr. Marc Cotler's attorney would not let Mr. Miller sit down with Mr. Dr. Marc Cotler and the other key investors to work out a contract between them. Mr. Miller was told to never contact Mr. Cotler or any of his attorneys and any key investors ever again. And that the key investors were done with the project. Mr. Miller never received an answer as to why the key investors dropped the project.

As of 2012 Mr. Miller has all the design drawings and the pull out units to still go forward with a production run in either stainless steel or plastic. Mr. Miller still wants to introduce the product to the marketplace if there is anyone willing to financially commit to this project and bring the pull out product to the
marketplace.

Mr. Miller still to this day cannot understand why after over $1 million has been invested in this project to date for design and bringing it to level of a production run, that the investors did not go ahead with the last round of financing to produce a production run and start selling the pull out product in the marketplace and see a return on their investment.
